Shipping Information
We normally ship our products via UPS unless otherwise specified. If the order is less than $20.00, we may send your order via parcel post. Typically every order is processed within 1 business day. Standard UPS shipping times are from 1 to 5 business days depending on how far you are from Lexington, MA. New England customers should expect delivery 1-2 business days after receipt of order. USPS deliveries are typically 2-4 business days. Orders being shipped outside of the continental U.S., or orders requesting delivery via USPS (post office), must be entered via telephone (781)862-2873 as additional shipping charges are required. We DO NOT ship on weekends or holidays.

The rates below apply to delivery within the continental United States only. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, or any other international destination, please call for shipping charges. Orders will not be processed for these destinations until shipping terms are agreed upon.
Almost all of our products are shipped from Lexington, Massachusetts. However, some larger items are shipped directly from the manufacturer (FOB: Origin, prepay freight & add). Please do not hesitate to call us with questions with regard to the shipment of your order.
If, for any reason, you realize you no longer want or need your order, you may cancel it by calling or emailing us any time before your order ships out. Your shopping cart is not considered an order until it is confirmed and an order number is given.
NOTICE: If you reject or refuse a shipment with or without out prior authorization, or if you are not present to accept receipt of shipment and it is returned, you will be responsible for any and all shipping charges that we incur. All returns must be in resalable condition and its original packaging.
If you wish to return a product, please call for an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number. We will not accept packages without an RMA number.
Special Note regarding FPO/APO Orders: We ship your order insured via U.S. Mail to the military postal location. From there, we must depend on the military postal service to deliver the package on to you. There may be additional charges. Please contact us via email for shipping options/rates to these locations
To Our Canadian Customers: We ship all orders to Canada with the consignee (our customer) responsible for all duties and taxes. We have no way to properly estimate what those charges will be. You would need to contact the proper authorities in Canada to determine what duties and taxes you will be responsible for. Standard shipping charges DO NOT apply on international shipment. Please call us for shipping charges to Canada. If a package is refused, we will not refund our actual cost of original shipping plus handling charges.

We can provide premium shipping if desired. Orders where premium shipping is required must be placed via telephone. Normally, we will shipp priority orders UPS 2nd Day. Please call us toll free at 1-800-316-2927. The actual shipping rate will vary depending on your location, package weight and size, and type of shipping service. We only add our actual cost for this service to the standard shipping charges (above). If we can not meet this requirement because of a product shortage, we can tell you ASAP. We try to maintain a stock a full stock of our products at all times. However, sometimes we do have a shortage due to circumstances beyond our control.
NOTE: If we receive orders marked priority shipping, we will attempt to contact you via telephone to clarify the priority shipping details. If we are unable to reach you before that days deadline for UPS shipping, we will ship your package UPS 2nd day, provided the cost for the shipping of the package is the same or less than the amount billed to your original order.
