Customer Service Policies

We are interested in your 100% satisfaction. As such, we will work with you in any way we can to achieve that. If you are unhappy with a purchase - call us. If you do need to return something, call us for a Return Authorization. We will accept returns that are unopened/unused (except books) for up to 21 days from receipt of purchase - no questions asked. A refund will be made promptly (less original shipping charges).  The only exception is for books, used/display merchandise, or special orders for which all sales are final.

Sometimes (rarely), we may have published errors in either a products description or price. We reserve the right to correct these unintentional errors at any time. We regret any inconvenience this might cause.
